We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
UK: Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, express takes 1–2 working days, and super express is next working day when ordered by 1pm Monday–Friday.
USA: Standard delivery takes 5–8 working days, express takes 2–4 working days, and super express takes 1–2 working days.
Europe: Standard delivery takes 5–12 working days, express takes 3–5 working days, and super express takes 1–2 working days.
Middle East: Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days and express takes 3–7 working days.
Australia: Standard delivery takes 6–10 working days and express takes 4–6 working days.
Rest of World: Standard delivery takes 7–14 working days and express takes 3–7 working days.
Need your order by a specific date? We recommend choosing express shipping to help ensure your piece arrives in time.
During sale periods, processing and delivery may take up to 4 additional working days due to increased order volumes.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
