Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times  
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:  
- UK: 2–5 business days  
- Europe: 5–10 business days  
- International: 7–15 business days  

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods).

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery  
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Chargebacks & Disputes  
By placing an order with us, you agree to this shipping policy. We provide tracking information for all orders as proof of shipment and delivery. Chargebacks filed for items marked as delivered may be disputed using this information. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
