Shipping & Returns Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept standard returns for a refund. We strive to ensure you love your purchase, so please read our policy carefully, as it applies to all items purchased from our store. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Sizing & Exchanges

We want your gown to fit perfectly. We offer exchanges if your size is incorrect, subject to stock availability at the time of your request. In the event that your required size is out of stock, store credit will be issued as your replacement. Please note that store credit and exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Returns, exchanges, and store credit are not accepted for purchases made in-store or at pop-up events; all archive sales at these events are strictly final.

Approved Returns & Fees

In the event that an item is approved for a return, a standard shipping cost of £20 will be deducted from your final balance worldwide, regardless of the delivery location.

All shipping costs for sending items back to our studio for a return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages.

Faulty Merchandise

If you have received faulty merchandise, please reach out to our customer service team immediately with your order number in the subject line at support@cybersweetie.co.uk.

Return Criteria & Timeline

All exchange and return requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

  • You must reach out within 7 days of your delivery date to initiate a request.

  • The item must be returned to our studio using a tracked delivery service within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. If an item is returned damaged or altered, an additional charge will be incurred.

  • Even if an item is unworn, we reserve the right to reject exchanges and returns at our sole discretion.

Refused Shipments

Please note that local customs duties and import taxes are only covered for shipments delivery to the United Kingdom and the United States.

For deliveries to any other destination worldwide, these charges are not included, and we kindly advise you to check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase.

In the event that a shipment cannot be successfully delivered, including instances where a customer refuses to pay local customs fees, provides an incorrect delivery address, or refuses the package at the door, the parcel will be returned to our studio. Any such refused or undeliverable shipments will incur a standard £20 delivery processing fee, which will be strictly deducted from your final refund balance.
