General policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns. We strive to ensure you love your purchase, so please read our policy carefully, as it applies to all items purchased from our store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

If you have received faulty merchandise, please reach out to our customer service with your order number in the subject line, (email: support@cybersweetie.co.uk).All exchange requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our return criteria.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without approval will not be processed. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact, else a charge will be incurred. You will have 7 days from the delivery date to return the item. Even if unworn, we reserve the right to reject exchanges at our discretion.

We offer store credit or limited exchanges for unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Additionally, returns are not accepted for purchases made in-store or at pop-up events; all sales are final.

Please note store credit is offered on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability at the time of your request. 

All shipping costs for return/exchange are the customer’s responsibility. We advise a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages.
