If the order is not able to be attempted and not able to be delivered without or the order is rejected by the sender a £/$/€15 re-shipping fee would be deducted from the total order value upon return of the good back to us.

US Imports & Tariffs:
For our U.S. customers, all duties and tariffs are prepaid by us - all US orders will arrive without any additional fees or tariffs to pay.

Countries with Prepaid Duties & Fees

The following countries do not have to pay duties or any extra fees. All customs, tariffs, and import charges are fully covered and prepaid by us:

Your order will arrive directly at your door with absolutely no additional fees or taxes to pay.


Rest of world Import duties & taxes:

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Cybersweetie does not cover these costs. We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing your order.


PRE - ORDERS 

Please check the product details before purchasing, as some items are on pre-order and not yet ready to ship.

If your order includes pre-order items, your full order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you would prefer to receive available items sooner, please email support@cybersweetie.co.uk and we’ll be happy to arrange split shipping for you.


Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cybersweetie.co.uk and we’ll assist you.


Customs Delays

Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the delivery time estimates provided above. Cybersweetie is not accountable for any extra time required for delivery due to customs delays.

If your order is returned to us with no reason provided, Cybersweetie will not be liable for any customs charges or additional fees incurred for return to sender. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.


Refused Shipments

Please note that local customs duties and import taxes are only covered for shipments delivery to the United Kingdom and the United States.

For deliveries to any other destination worldwide, these charges are not included, and we kindly advise you to check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase.

In the event that a shipment cannot be successfully delivered, including instances where a customer refuses to pay local customs fees, provides an incorrect delivery address, or refuses the package at the door, the parcel will be returned to our studio. Any such refused or undeliverable shipments will incur a standard £20 delivery processing fee, which will be strictly deducted from your final refund balance.
